DCS is proud to announce the new e-Newsletter campaign for Rep. Tim Holden from Pennsylvania.

Our development team first sat down with the office to discuss strategy and how to best reach out to the Congressman’s constituents. Our design team helped to create a unique, clean and colorful template.

In the first couple of weeks of the campaign, we helped the office implement multiple surveys to help build a strong subscriber list before their black-out date. Additionally we cleaned their list, consistently followed spam scores and insured that deliverable and read rate numbers were above average.
