WASHINGTON, DC -- Former DCS Chief Operating Officers Aaron Pickrell and Ian Walton won key victories for their respective campaigns. Pickrell served as Ohio state director for the Obama campaign, and Walton served as the campaign manager for Congressman-Elect John Boccieri from the 16th Congressional District of Ohio.
"Aaron put together an impressive operation that successfully garnered Senator Obama an obviously crucial victory in a major battleground state," said Gerry Kavanaugh, President and Chief Executive Officer of DCS. "Ian also did a tremendous job in a tough Ohio matchup, and they both deserve hearty congratulations."
"DCS prides itself on staffers with first-hand experience in Congressional offices and political operations all across the country," said Kavanaugh, who previously served as Chief of Staff to Senator Kennedy and Policy Director for the Democratic National Committee. "We are well aware of the challenges that Members of Congress and candidates face in their decision-making process. Our experience enables us to proffer solid counsel and advice on political new media strategy, revolutionizing the way the Internet is used to communicate with constituents and voters alike."
