The Process:

We take your list or voter file and match it to thousands of e-mail addresses.  Upon completion of the match, a welcome message will be sent to all acquired addresses to ensure that all subscribers consent to receiving e-mails from the organization, office, or campaign. If a subscriber wishes to opt-out, the opt-out is automatically processed so you only pay for valid addresses.

Targeting:

DCS can target specific demographics based on age, geography, and many other demographic identifiers. Through a targeted append, you can improve your response rates and target your message to better fit your constituents’ interests.

Step-By-Step: The Append Process

• Step One: Tell us how many e-mail addresses you’d like, and we will use your voter file to begin the matching process.
  
• Step Two: We take your current e-mail address list and program the append system so that you do not pay for those same addresses from DCS.
  
• Step Three: Our e-mail database matches e-mail addresses to available voter data. The system uses a comprehensive matching algorithm to ensure maximum match rates.
  
• Step Four: We analyze your list and remove any bad or defunct e-mail addresses.
  
• Step Five: We send a welcome e-mail to the list, asking constituents if they would like to receive e-updates from you. This is done through an opt-out process to maximize append effectiveness. Opt-outs are removed.
  
• Step Six: We’re done! We provide the data to you in an accessible format (e.g. Excel or CSV) and assist you with the import process. For clients using our e-mail service, there is an automated, seamless transition to your e-mail database.
