Providing Comprehensive Technology Strategy to Further your Communications Goals.

Tele-Town Halls

Tele-Town Halls empower you to communicate directly with your constituents through a live telephone conference while sitting in your own office.  Through our Tele-Town Hall service, you can establish strong relationships with your constituents, define the issues, and engage in regular dialogue.  You will have full control of the call, with the ability to monitor and screen the discussion from your desktop.

DCS has conducted hundreds of Tele-Town Halls with members of Congress, gubernatorial candidates, and other elected officials.
Our support staff is available every step of the way, including the training process and presence during the Tele-Town Hall itself.  We even provide staff on site to moderate the call or speak with audience members.

Tele-Town Halls are an efficient and cost-effective way for Members of Congress to communicate directly with large or targeted groups of constituents, especially while on official business in Washington.  Our services can be used to connect with targeted groups of constituents to hear and answer their questions on specific issues.  Political campaigns can fundraise, gain valuable voter feedback, and raise awareness about an issue. Advocacy groups can do the same. They allow you to reach many more people than would be possible with a traditional town hall.

Congressional offices, campaigns and constituents alike have praised the technology and the innovation by which elected officials and candidates for higher office can communicate directly with the public. Issues such as the economy, healthcare, foreign policy, and homeland security have all been discussed at length through the DCS Tele-Town Hall system.

A typical Tele-Town Hall begins with specific, personal invitations to thousands.  With the simple press of a button, constituents can then enter the call and listen to a live conversation with their elected official or candidate.  Should they wish to do so, constituents can press another button to ask a question.  They will be transferred to a member of the staff who will record their question.  The moderator can choose from the submitted questions to guide the conversation.  Listeners will also have the chance to leave voicemails after the call has ended to specifically voice concerns or ask additional questions.  After the call ends, you have access to detailed reports about caller participation, all data collected through live polling questions, and a full recording of the call that can be posted to a website or sent to constituents through an e-newsletter.

DCS support staff work with your office every step of the way. From training on how to use the software to setting up the data and recordings for the Tele-Town Hall, to managing the live call, we provide around-the-clock customer service.  At no extra cost to the client, DCS is committed to ensuring that offices and campaigns are able to maximize the benefits of using this innovative communications tool.
